At WagyuDelight, we strive to ensure your premium Wagyu beef order is delivered fresh and on time. Below is our shipping policy:

Delivery Time:

• We deliver exclusively within the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are delivered within 1-2 business days.
• Deliveries are carried out by specialized courier services suitable for fresh and refrigerated products.

Shipping Costs:

• Free shipping for orders over €100.
• A flat shipping fee of €15.00 for orders under €100.
• Shipping with a cool pack for meat products is charged at €17.50 to ensure freshness.

Packaging:

• All our meat is carefully packed in special refrigerated packaging to maintain freshness and quality during transport.

Delivery Conditions:

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the designated time slot, as fresh products cannot be returned to the distribution center.
