Since we deliver fresh products, specific rules apply to returns.

No Returns for Fresh Products:
Due to the nature of our product (fresh Wagyu A5 BMS12), we cannot accept returns. However, we guarantee the highest quality and careful packaging of our products.

Issues with Your Order?

  • If your order is delivered damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours via info@wagyudelight.nl or by phone at 0684913538.
  • Include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve the situation promptly.

Refunds:

  • In cases of mistakes on our part (such as damaged products or incorrect deliveries), we offer a full refund or a replacement delivery.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after your claim is approved.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
